Our rates are based on shipping via "Ground." Every effort is made to offer our customers low shipping rates. If your order is large enough that we can save shipping cost by shipping via a common carrier, we will contact you to discuss these options.
There are a few items that may only be shipped via a common carrier because of hazard class. In this case, we will contact you to discuss shipping options in detail.
Most of our non-wood preservative products can be shipped via expediated services such as Overnight or 2nd Day Air. Please contact Poles, Inc.® if you would like to discuss available expediated shipping options.
